Booked a trip, and had to cancel. We bought travel insurance for just this reason. No money back, and a travel voucher that has so many restrictions on it, I couldn't use it for another trip I'm taking in September. Will not use them again.

When searching for travel, it's nice to have a person answer the phone. Leaving a message for a call back is not a good service for me. I'd rather wait on hold to talk to someone than wait for a call back for even a quick question.

Melinda coordinated travel and lodging to Mexico for our son's wedding. The arrangements were perfect but the traveling weather delayed and cancelled flights. Melinda took our frantic calls and coordinated new flights for at least 12 of our guests. Her service was beyond our expectations and we couldn't be more appreciative.

Gloria at Bursch Travel helped us set up our first cruise vacation for a 7-day Chrisrmas Cruise with Royal Caribbean to Cozumel, Roatan, and Costa Maya. She made sure we maximized our vacation for all it was worth, helping us set up our shore excursions and working out the details of drink packages. It was so nice to just sit and let the expert do all the work! The team there also made sure we got all the paperwork we needed, and Bursch Travel includes helpful hand outs to make sure you have all your documents and important items packed. Thanks for the great vacation and the relaxing planning experience! Definitely recommend.

Called to get a idea of a dream vacation. Then stopped in to go over the particulars. With Janee's expertise and skills with planning and making arrangement, my dream vacation was not only attainable but considerably under the budget I had previously set doing my own research.If you have ever thought about doing a vacation abroad, dont waist your time planning anything yourself. Booked a trip and had to cancel because of COVID, but rebooked another. We were promised our refunds and flight vouchers on the first. It's now 3 months after our trip and I cannot get anyone to call me, answer the phones or even email. The two stars is because the planning was good, this follow up is terrible though.
